The maximum occupancy for overnight stays is 7 guests. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need an early check-in, late check-out, or wish to extend your stay, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the neighborhood and other guests. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Andres was an awesome host, very attentive! My mom stayed at his place for almost 3 weeks and it was perfect for her, her dogs and the holidays! Wonderful stay! Steps from the park and walking trail. Will stay again, highly recommend!
