Registered Guests Only: Reservation must reflect the full and accurate number of guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless pre-approved in writing, and only registered guests may stay overnight. Residential Neighborhood: We ask that you respect quiet hours during your stay. Loud music, excessive noise, parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted at any time. Pool Access: The pool is available year-round but is not heated. The pool is maintained weekly. Our pool service is every Friday morning. Early Check-In: Standard check-in is at 5 pm. We can offer an early check-in after 2 pm for a flat $35 fee, which goes directly to our cleaners. Otherwise, if the house happens to be ready early on your arrival day, we'll message you to check in for free, but it's not guaranteed. The fee will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Security Cameras: For safety and transparency, exterior cameras monitor the front entry and pool area. There are no indoor cameras. Noise Monitoring: The home is equipped with an indoor noise device to help support house rules and prevent disruptive gatherings. It does not record audio or conversations, only decibels.

Guest Capacity: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you plan to have additional guests, please update your reservation to reflect the correct number. The maximum occupancy for overnight stays is 7 guests. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need an early check-in, late check-out, or wish to extend your stay, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect the neighborhood and other guests. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may smoke outdoors but are asked to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Pet Guidelines: This is a pet-friendly home. However, we kindly ask guests to clean up after their pets and avoid allowing them on furniture or beds. Pool Use: The pool is seasonal, available from March through October. Children must always be supervised when near the pool area. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area for safety reasons. Cleanliness: Please treat the home with care and keep it tidy during your stay. Dispose of trash properly in the bins provided.
