Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Loud music, excessive noise, parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not allowed. Early Check-In: Standard check-in is at 5 pm. We can offer an early check-in after 2 pm for a flat $25 fee, which goes directly to our cleaners. Otherwise, if the house happens to be ready early on your arrival day, we'll message you to check in for free, but it's not guaranteed. The fee will be processed through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Security: For safety and transparency, there is one exterior camera facing the front entry. There are no cameras inside the home. Duplex: This home is one side of a duplex. The other side may also host guests during your stay. The units share one wall, so you may occasionally hear normal residential noise. Garage Size: The garage opening is 9' wide by 7' high. Large SUVs, lifted trucks, or vehicles with roof racks may not fit. Please check your vehicle dimensions if you plan to use the garage.
